Welcome to my website!
I am a PhD Candidate in Health Economics at York University, currently navigating the 2024–2025 job market.
My study focuses on the influence of retirement on physical health, mental health and overall well-being. I utilize the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging dataset, which tracks over 50,000 individuals for more than a decade. Through rigorous statistical analysis, I investigate the effects of retirement on well-being. This study is not only about understanding these impacts but also about assessing potential policy interventions to improve health outcomes and quality of life for retirees post-retirement.
When not immersed in my research, I find balance and joy in an active lifestyle. I enjoy being outdoors, whether it's for energizing workouts, relaxing picnics, nature hikes, or cycling.
